Our Day of Coordination service is designed to grant you and your family peace of mind, allowing you to fully immerse yourselves in the joy of your wedding day. Beginning approximately two months prior, we take the reins, meticulously crafting itineraries, timelines, and liaising with vendors. On the day itself, our experienced team ensures a smooth execution, overseeing venue setup and providing unwavering support at every turn. With us at the helm, you can relax and savor each moment, confident that every detail is expertly managed for the success of your special day.

*100+ Guests Total Cost: $1,500

*If you have less than 100 guests, please reach out for quote. We do small and micro weddings for the classic package.

A nominal fee may be incurred for locations situated beyond a specified distance from the city.

* The initial non-refundable deposit is due at contract signing with the remaining balance due one week before the wedding day.
