Payment & Deposits:

Our pricing is customized based on the scope of work, size of event and location. We apply a flat fee for our planning and event management services and a 10% production fee calculated on the total wedding spend.

Payment Timeline: 

• An initial non-refundable deposit is due at 
  contract signing 

• Monthly installment payments will be scheduled to align with the progress of the planning, inclusive of our 10% production fee.

•  Travel and accommodation expenses will be disclosed for your approval in advance and included in the overall flat fee.
